Open Position – Real Estate Associate Attorney

Job Title: Real Estate Associate Attorney
Level: 3-5 year Associate
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Location: Greenville, SC

Description: Roe Cassidy is seeking an experienced commercial real estate attorney to join the Real Estate practice in our Greenville, SC office. This position will handle primarily commercial real estate matters including commercial leasing, real estate lending, real estate acquisitions and dispositions on behalf of commercial lenders, developers and investors. The ideal candidate has excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as a solid academic performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a law firm as an associate attorney representing lenders and borrowers in real estate purchase and sale, leasing, mortgage lending, and real estate development.
  • Understanding of real estate finance and real property law
  • Strong research and writing skills
  • Teamwork mentality
  • Ability to think strategically and exhibits strong intellectual curiosity
  • Strong negotiation and writing skills

Salary: Commensurate with experience
